A comprehensive annual lab panel is included with your membership — and hundreds more tests are available at honest, transparent cash prices. No insurance games, no inflated bills.
We draw your blood in-office and handle the rest. You choose how you’d like your labs processed — and we keep it refreshingly simple and affordable either way.
A comprehensive yearly lab panel comes included with your membership — no draw fee, no charge. It’s built right in.
Add any test at our transparent cash prices and we waive the draw fee entirely. What you see is what you pay — often a fraction of typical lab pricing.
Prefer to run labs through your insurance? We’ll draw in-office and send them to the lab for a simple $15 draw fee.
The result: you get the testing you actually need to understand your health — without the surprise bills.
Every Keystone member receives this comprehensive panel each year at no extra cost — a yearly snapshot of your core health so you and your provider can spot trends early and track what matters over time.
Your provider may add or adjust tests based on your age, history, and health goals — because the right panel is the one that fits you.
Beyond your annual panel, you can add any test you and your provider decide is worth running — at transparent cash prices, often a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere. A sample of what’s available:
A note on pricing & insurance
The prices shown above are cash prices only — paid in-office, with the draw fee waived. They are not insurance rates and do not reflect what your insurance may charge or reimburse.
You’re always welcome to run labs through your insurance instead. If you choose insurance, we’ll draw in-office and submit to the lab for a $15 draw fee, and we’re happy to help you try to get your labs covered. However, coverage is never guaranteed — what is and isn’t covered is ultimately determined by your plan, and any billing questions or balances are between you and your insurance company.
About your results
Lab results are information, not answers on their own. Every result you receive through Keystone is reviewed with your provider in the context of your health history, symptoms, and goals. A value outside the reference range is not a diagnosis by itself — and a normal panel doesn't rule out every concern. If something in your results worries you, bring it to your provider; that conversation is exactly what your membership is for.
Lab testing through Keystone supports your ongoing primary care — it is not a substitute for emergency evaluation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
