Your first appointment is a full hour. We go through your complete health history, your goals, and build a personalized plan together — no rushing, no 8-minute window.
Do I need to be a member to book?
New patients start with a one-time establishment visit, then choose the membership that fits. You can also ask about our pay-as-you-go option if you're not ready to commit.
How do I reach my provider between visits?
Members get direct access — call or message your provider directly. No phone trees, no waiting days for a callback.
Can I switch providers or locations?
Absolutely. Your membership works across all Keystone locations, and we're happy to help you find the provider who's the best fit for you and your family.
