Serves: 16

1 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal (dry, uncooked)
5/8 cup honey

2 tablespoons whey protein

Directions:

1 Combine the peanut butter and honey in a large nonstick pot and warm over low heat until runny and mixed.
2 Mix in the oatmeal and protein powder.
3 Do not bake, but heat enough to mix nicely.
4 Press into a 9×9 inch pan and let cool (to make cutting them easier, you could stick the covered pan into the refrigerator for a few hours).
5 Slice into 16 bars and package in sandwich baggies.
