As we start into the holiday season, many of us struggle with staying on track with diet, exercise, and other healthy habits that we have incorporated through the year. Often, we travel and sleep in beds other than our own and maybe out of our normal time zone. Sleep is so important for health and maintaining good sleep habits are vital to optimal health. Food choices are often out of our control. We don’t want to be rude and not eat when visiting relatives so what do we do? Exercise routines may be hard to stick to if out of town or spending time with family and friends.
